Little Big Man
 
The film begins as Jack Crabb, 121 years old, recounts his life to a collector of oral histories.  Being captured and raised by Indians at age 10, returning to live with white people, becoming a gunslinger, marrying an Indian, becoming a scout for General Custer and witnessing the Battle of Little Bighorn and many other interesting and tragic live stages.  Based on a novel written by Thomas Berger and screenplay written by Calder Willingham, this film was directed by Arthur Penn and won 4 awards and 10 nominations including Oscar nominee for Best Actor in a Supporting Role.
